Heck, that's quite the dinner on any given day. YUM!

I too find 10K is about my favourite race distance. Just long enough without being too long. It's a distance I can race without having to make any concentrated changes to my regular running schedule.Heidihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14349360501591800990noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8308512674416289618.post-48230556131039576082010-03-09T12:53:46.076-05:002010-03-09T12:53:46.076-05:00I am just getting caught up on posts....congratula...I am just getting caught up on posts....congratulations on your half! I need to remember to pace myself.Robynhttp://wannabewriterrunner.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8308512674416289618.post-58887958269715291812010-03-09T08:38:27.281-05:002010-03-09T08:38:27.281-05:00Great plan for your weightloss. Those are great accomplishments. Do you think you will ever run a marathon? I feel that someday I want to run a half but for now I don't want to run a marathon. But who knows what the future holds. Have a great week!Cristyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11069661822176181043noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8308512674416289618.post-31583110445369842372010-03-09T07:28:29.583-05:002010-03-09T07:28:29.583-05:00I guess it comes with the blog territory to get &q...I guess it comes with the blog territory to get "know-it-all" emails and comments about weight loss. 1.5 pounds a week is a very reasonable goal! I've always heard 1-2 pounds per week is healthy, so I think you'll be right on track. I can't wait to read how it's going for you!Kathttp://kats9thlife.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8308512674416289618.post-39787178627826179152010-03-09T06:21:02.443-05:002010-03-09T06:21:02.443-05:00I think those are great times! After a race I like to crash the rest of the day.

I think 10Ks are my favorite distance too. Although I've only ever done 10s and 5s. This fall I plan to run my first half.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8308512674416289618.post-59116047581021926742010-03-08T22:23:05.858-05:002010-03-08T22:23:05.858-05:00I've been following your blog for a few weeks....I've been following your blog for a few weeks. You are so motivated and disciplined! My 16 year old daughter also ran her first 1/2 yesterday! She read your blog today too, and said how much fun it would be to run the Disney 1/2! She is still pretty sore today, and she is also planning to get in a yoga class in the morning! :) Great job! You should be very proud of yourself!

By the way, I am AMAZED at your cooking...I'm 41, and unfortunately, you've made 100 times more recipes than I ever have...sad but true!

Check out our blogs about Caylie's 1/2 if you are interested...
Her blog...lifethesedayscaylie.blogspot.com
My blog...christiswritingthewaves.blogspot.comChristi @ Writing the Waveshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00823044979897926569noreply@blogger.com
