This morning I weighed in at another -2! I am so happy, I've been seriously busting my butt! I still have 3 more Christmas pounds to lose, but I'm definitely going to get it off by Feb. 1! (Which is when I'm going to try on my size 10 new pants from The Limited that I got for Christmas)
Today is another 3 miles/30 minutes on the treadmill.... wish me luck.
And recommend some good music! Lately I've been listening to Muse (the more upbeat stuff)...

ReplyDeleteGood for you, Ash! The holiday weight gain sucks, I'm feeling it first hand, but getting it back off and working toward further progress feels great. I can't wait to hear how your first size 10 fitting goes!
ReplyDeleteAsh, you look fantastic! Such an accomplishment! I would flip if a size 10 fit me! That's so great! As for a music recommendation, I don't know if it's something you'd like or not, but hands down the best song for me to run to is by Jet, "Cold Hard B***h. =) I don't know what it is, but it's phenomenal! The guitar part is awesome and motivating! Hope you like it!
