Step 5: Before Photos

Step 5 - Take some photos! Take them from all angles in all different outfits. Take a photo in your underware! I'm not going to post that last suggestion, but I have taken them along the way, and boy do you see a difference looking at those!
Here's my mug shot - Vickie and I took ours at work today (but perhaps my weight will be a pound less on Friday!?), and held up signs with our weight! If that's not putting yourself out there.... what is?! You don't have to hold up a sign, or even post your photos... but take them!

  1. did you notice that one side of your body firmed up faster than the other? Ex: my right side of my stomach/abs is slightly firmer/flatter than my left.

  7. Very Cute! You seem to have muscular arms, so maybe you have this problem too, but do you have a problem finding button up shirts/blouses (like the one you are wearing in the picture) to fit over your arms? Where is the one you are wearing from? Random question I know! I have to buy ones with buttons and move the buttons or buy a larger size and get it tailored around the waist which gets expensive.

  8. Anne - That shirt is from Old Navy, but I also do have issues with my arms being too fat for M's. Sometimes they're pretty tight. I do know some of my shirts from The Limited have 2 buttons on the sleeves of short ones so it can be extended.
